Customer Success Engineer

We want to strengthen our business team with a passionate and committed Customer Success Engineer to play a pivotal role in ensuring the customer is successfully using the Sweepatic Platform and customer feedback reaches the technical team.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
You will be key in the Sweepatic business team and become a subject matter expert with Sweepatic’s solution. You engage with customers up to C-level via various communications channels and perform a variety of technical and commercial tasks to ensure customer success::
- Deliver exceptional onboarding of the customers on the Sweepatic Platform and on-going touchpoints to achieve renewals
- Understand the customers’ challenges and goals to ensure optimal utilization of the Sweepatic Platform by the users
- Monitor and analyze the usage and other KPI’s of the Sweepatic Platform and its customer installed base
- Provide training, instructions, and technical guidance to customers and partners to improve customer adoption
- Notify and inform customers proactively of new features, updates, etc. throughout their journey
- Provide learnings and feedback to the Business and Technical team
- Respond to customer support questions and tickets based on root cause analysis and thorough product understanding
What you bring to the team
- 1 to 3 years of customer success experience in start-up environment
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a field with technical affinity for computer science or equivalent experience
- Strong drive and willingness to interact with customers to solve their problems
- The ability to make technical or difficult information understandable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for cybersecurity
