Customer Success Engineer

The Customer Success engineer will be part of the Business Team and guide the customer throughout its Sweepatic journey. He or she ensures the customer is successfully using the Sweepatic Platform.

The candidate ideally has had a first job experience or can demonstrate an ability to learn quickly. He or she always aims to take things one step further and goes the extra-mile. Experience with customer success, strong communication and organizational skills are a must. Previous exposure to cloud-based software and knowledge of cybersecurity are required.

Your responsibilities

You will be part of the Business Team and become a subject matter expert with Sweepatic’s solution. You engage with customers up to C-level via various communications channels and perform a variety of technical and commercial tasks to ensure customer success:

  • Understanding the customers’ challenges and goalsOnboarding the customers on the Sweepatic Platform
  • Providing presentations, training, instructions and technical guidance to customers
  • Responding to customer support questions and tickets based on root cause analysis and thorough product understanding
  • Notifying and informing customers proactively of new features, changes, updates, etc. throughout their journey
  • Monitoring and analyzing the usage and other KPI’s of the Sweepatic Platform and its customer installed base
  • Working with the Business Team providing commercial feedback and ensuring renewals
  • Working with the Technical Team providing technical feedback

  • Ability to work independently, to organize, to prioritize and self-manage time and tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and/or French and English, including the ability to make technical or difficult information understandable
  • Education: Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent through relevant work experience
